About the Kennesaw Museum Foundation

Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Kennesaw Museum Foundation to provide philanthropic and programmatic support to the Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History. Founded in 1998, the Kennesaw Museum Foundation identifies the priorities, direction and goals in defining the Museum’s image and objectives.

Led by executive director Jeff Drobney along with president Paul Chastain of Chastain & Association, Kennesaw Museum Foundation membership is open to all who would like to support the Southern Museum and its activities in and around the community.

Foundation Accomplishments

To fulfill its goals of providing philanthropic and programmatic support of the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History, the Kennesaw Museum Foundation has funded the following:
